The selected candidate will be engaged for a period of 05 years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.

- Graduation in engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- MBA/PGDM holders will have an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess adequate technical and operational experience at a senior level of management in a large organization of repute, with at least five (5) years of experience in the Steel Sector during the last ten (10) years.
