NDMA Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 50 years. For retired government employees, the maximum age limit is extended to 62 years.
• Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Disaster Management or a related field. Additionally, a Ph.D. or M.Phil in Disaster Management is desirable.
• Experience:
  1. Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in response and relief operations during disasters, coordinating and managing first responders, and disaster management-related training.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience for candidates with Ph.D. and M.Phil degrees.
  3. Retired Government employees must have 10 years of experience in relevant fields such as India Army, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, or Marine Police.
• Desirable Skills:
  1. Course Coordinator/Instructional abilities.
  2. Knowledge of international best practices in disaster management.
  3. Experience in preparing guidelines, manuals, and SOPs.
  4. Conducting workshops and seminars at the Central and State Government levels.

NDMA Recruitment 2024 Salary Range

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 125,000 – Rs. 175,000
