Trainee Engineer-I:

Trainee Engineer: Candidates from General/OBC/EWS categories must pay Rs. 150/- plus 18% GST as the application fee.

Selection Process BEL Trainee Engineer & Project Engineer
Candidates meeting the specified criteria mentioned in the advertisement will be notified to attend a Written Test, which carries 85 marks. Based on their performance in the Written Test, candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in a ratio of 1:5. The interviews will be conducted subsequently and will carry 15 marks. The list of candidates shortlisted for the Written Test/Interview will be posted on the BEL website, and candidates must follow the instructions provided in the call letter. Note:
- Candidates must convert CGPA to percentage marks as per university guidelines. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
- Only relevant post-qualification industrial experience will be considered. The selection committee’s decision on the relevance of experience will be final.
- Candidates will receive intimation regarding the Written Test and Interviews via email. They must comply with the instructions provided.
- Final selection results will be published on the BEL website.
Method of Selection: The selection process involves a Written Test followed by an Interview for shortlisted candidates who qualify in the Written Test. Both the Written Test and Interview will be held in Bengaluru.

BEL Recruitment 2024: Applications for the positions of Trainee Engineer-1 and Project Engineer-I in a variety of disciplines are being accepted by Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL).
